Johnson Hospital .\nThe Registered Nurse II provides safe, professional, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act and Harris Health nursing standards. In this role, you will independently manage patients with conditions commonly seen within the assigned clinical area while applying established standards, principles, and clinical algorithms to guide care.\nYou will assess patient needs, implement appropriate nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
