We operate across the U.S., Africa, Europe, and Latin America.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n● Research, write, and edit high-quality long-form articles, reports, white papers, and thought leadership content that reflect the firm's expertise and the founder's voice.\n● Translate complex topics—including AI governance, compliance, legal strategy, and professional services—into clear, engaging, and accessible content for executive audiences.\n● Collaborate closely with the Founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives to develop ideas, refine messaging, and ensure consistency with the firm's brand and voice.\n● Edit and refine existing content for clarity, structure, and impact.\n● Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats when appropriate.\n● Provide occasional LinkedIn content support by adapting articles into posts and assisting\nwith content planning as needed (lower priority).\n● Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into written\ncontent.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n2+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, or a similar role.\n\nStrong experience writing long-form content such as articles, reports, white papers, or thought leadership pieces.\n\nExceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone to match a founder's voice.\n\nExperience writing for professional audiences (e.g., consulting, legal, finance, technology, or professional services).\n\nAbility to simplify technical or complex concepts into compelling, reader-friendly content.\n\nExperience conducting research and synthesizing information into well-structured written pieces.\n\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn content creation is a plus, but not the primary focus of the role.\n\nHighly organized and able to manage a flexible, output-driven workload (20 hours/week).\n\nProactive communicator, comfortable collaborating directly with founders or senior stakeholders.\n\nExposure to AI governance, regulatory topics, wealth management, compliance, professional services, or related industries is a strong plus.\n\nSchedule: This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours, structured around clearly defined objectives.\n\nPTO policy: You'll have 12 business days of paid time off (PTO) per year as a starting point.
