Join us!\n\n**THE ROLE**\n\nThe Culinary Team Member assists with food preparation, cooking, and presentation while ensuring all food safety and quality standards are maintained.\n\n**Essential Responsibilities**\n\n* Prepare ingredients and menu items.\n* Assist chefs and culinary leadership.\n* Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.\n* Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.\n* Assist with event execution and service.\n* Keep kitchen areas clean and organized.\n\n**Qualifications**\n\n* Previous culinary or food service experience preferred.\n* Knowledge of food safety practices.\n* Ability to work in a high-volume environment.\n* Team-oriented mindset.\n* Stand for prolonged periods.\n* Lift up to 50 pounds.\n* Work near hot equipment and kitchen machinery.\n\n**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**\n\nThis is a part-time, event-based role based at Pechanga Arena San Diego.\n\n**COMPENSATION**\n\nThis position's compensation is $21.95 per hour.\n\n**WORKING CONDITIONS**\n\nLocation: On Site\n\n**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
