Must have outstanding Guest service skills.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\n\nResponsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times\nPerform routines in front of Guests and large crowds during peak times and upon request\nMust be able to communicate with Guests to meet their immediate needs.\nProperly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to Guests.\nAccurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with Guests.\nStrictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nAbility to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form\nUnderstand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures\nAbility to multitask\nMust be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays\nMust be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMust be able to obtain required work cards\n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:\n\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) required\nComplete property academy as assigned\nPrevious experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender preferred\n\nPHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:\n\nComfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking and standing for extended periods of time\nWork is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and may contain second hand smoke\nAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time\nRespond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy\nAbility to lift 50 pounds\nConstant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests\n\nDISCLAIMER:\nThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
