DISCOVER\n\nENGAGE our guests from around the world and deliver brilliant service as a Marriott Host.\nEXPLORE new places around the globe or at home with Marriott Travel Benefits.\nDISCOVER your true potential through an exciting Hospitality Career!\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION\n\n| Position Title: | Parking Attendant - Part Time |\n\n| Department: | Parking\n| Reports to: | Director of Parking and Security, Parking Supervisor\n| Status: | Hourly Non-Exempt\n\nCompensation\n\n$15.00 hourly\n\nPart Time position working 25 hours or less per week\n\nSummary of Position\n\nEnsure all guests who park in the facility are treated with courtesy, respect and great service.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n• Provide parking instructions/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive or depart.\n\n• Allow or disallow access into lots as directed.\n\n• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.\n\n• Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and courtesy manner.\n\n• Take payment for parking costs when needed.\n\n• Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure accurate documentation of funds and refunds.\n\n• Remove trash, sweep and clean garage and work area, power wash as needed.\n\n• Clean the facility on a routine basis to ensure its cleanliness 100% of the time. This includes but is not limited to picking up trash and sweeping.\n\n• And, any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's values.\n\nEssential Functions\n\n• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.\n\n• Physically must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull and reach.
