All employees receive a strong employee discount, golf-specific learning opportunities, and hands-on training.\n\n•\nWorldwide Golf is one of the largest golf retailers in the world, giving you more opportunities for growth and mobility.\n\nJob Description:\n\nThe Cashier at Roger Dunn Golf Shops is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy, which has made Worldwide Golf what it is today. \"Sure No Problem\" means putting the customer first, and doing whatever we can to ensure a memorable and positive customer experience.\n\nThe Cashier is also responsible for all customer transactions, ensuring guest satisfaction at the service desk and proper control of all cash and media materials. Responsibilities include:\n\n•\nDemonstrate excellent customer service, keeping in mind that the customer’s last phase of their shopping experience is with the cashier.\n\n•\nProcess information and merchandise through computer and POS register system.\n\n•\nAssist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.\n\n•\nOnce fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.\n\n•\nPerform any other duties as assigned by management.\n\nRequirements:\n\n•\nKnowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system.\n\n•\nFreely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds at any given time.\n\n•\nAbility to work varied hours/days as business dictates.\n\nQualifications Desired:\n\n•\nEntry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
