If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.\n\nResponsibilities\nPrepare quality Starbucks beverages and food menu items by following recipes, production cards, and presentation standards\nEnsure accuracy and quality of all packaged food and beverage items staged for delivery\nReceive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries; confirm inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies\nPick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision\nMaintain organization and cleanliness across the kitchen, café, and facility spaces\nManage waste and spoilage by following FIFO and mindful preparation practices\nMonitor and record temperature-sensitive food items per food safety standards\nComplete and document cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices\nSafely handle, scan, and move product; operate carts, pallet jacks, and dollies as needed\nWork in varying environments, including freezers and multiple floors within the site\nComplete required Starbucks training and uphold Gopuff and Starbucks safety, sanitation, and compliance standards\nPerform other duties based on business needs\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nFood service, retail, or operations experience preferred (but not required)\nWelcoming and collaborative team mindset\nAbility to learn and adapt to new technology and multi-step processes\nStrong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work\nEssential functions include the ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs during shifts\nComfortable working flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays\n\nWhat We Offer:\nMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance (for full-time employees)\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan\n25% employee discount & FAM Membership\nVacation and Sick Time for eligible employees\nEAP through AllOne Health (formerly Carebridge)\n\nPay:\nGopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location.
