You will lead internal and external teams, be financially responsible for projects by adhering to budgets and workplans and oversee the development of contract documents. As the primary client contact, your leadership and exceptional client service ensures project success.\n\nYour Role\nResponsible for the management projects from start to finish, you are the project leader.\n\nUtilize the company's resource groups for design, preparation of design and construction documents.\n\nProvide construction services (Site visits, review shop drawings, etc.)\n\nBe the key contact with the client, and their consultants and representatives.\n\nResponsible for local, county, state and federal project code searches and analysis for each project.\n\nResponsible for the financial success of all responsible projects.\n\nBe a technical resource (Codes and construction) to other Ware Malcomb PM/PAs.\n\nCommunicate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.\n\nMentor, train, and lead assigned team members.\n\nCreate and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.\n\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field\n\nLicensed Architect or in the licensure process required\n\nAutoCAD and Revit skills\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma\n\nThorough knowledge of building codes\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate a complete set of contract documents\n\nEstablished in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial real estate design firm providing professional architecture, interior design, civil engineering, branding, building measurement, structural engineering and MEP engineering services to clients throughout the world.
