This role covers traditional search, AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), and direct-answer formats.\n\n  \n**What you'll do:**  \n•    Audit performance across classic search and AI-driven search experiences  \n•    Track how often we show up and get cited in AI-generated answers, alongside regular rankings and traffic  \n•    Follow search trends and changes in how people search using AI  \n•    Set the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and figure out what to prioritize next (technical & content)  \n•    Turn findings into clear recommendations and presentations for stakeholders  \n•    Keep up with Google and AI search engine updates\n\n**Must have skills:**\n\n•    Solid SEO background with real, hands-on GEO/AEO experience   \n•    Know-how in content optimization, SEO audits, technical SEO recommendation, and competitor analysis  \n•    Experience in structuring content so it works well in both traditional search rankings and AI answers  \n•    Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics,  Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog  \n•    Some experience with tools that track AI search visibility or citations  \n•    Strong communication and presentation skills  \n•    Comfortable managing your own projects independently  \n•    Professional English (minimum B2)\n\n•    Analytical, self-driven mindset\n\n**Nice to have skills:**\n\n**•**    Fluent Polish\n\n•    Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare)  \n•    Some understanding of how brand presence off-site (Wikipedia, Reddit, LinkedIn) affects AI search results  \n•    Basic HTML/CSS knowledge  \n•    Experience implementing schema markup on enterprise CMS\n\nTa rola nie jest dla Ciebie, ale masz znajomego, który by się sprawdził?
