We help you turn that into a practice.\n\nSTARTING MAY BE MORE ACHIEVABLE THAN YOU THINK\n\nYou don’t need a huge patient panel to get going. Most practices can cover their basic costs with fewer than 3 patient visits per month, and startup costs are typically less than $3,000.\n\nAs your practice grows, NPs typically take home around $100–$200 per clinical hour, with the potential to earn around $300,000 annually in a full-time practice.\n\nMore than 45 Nurse Practitioners have already worked with Kinstead to start and grow practices of their own.\n\nWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n\nThis could be a good fit if you:\n\n- Are an experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner\n\n- Hold an active Massachusetts NP license and meet the state’s requirements for independent practice\n\n- Have several years of experience caring for patients\n\n- Have strong ties to the community you hope to serve\n\n- Have thought about starting your own practice, even if you haven’t been sure where to begin\n\n- Want more ownership over how you care for patients and how you structure your work\n\nYou don’t need to have a business plan.
