The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, payroll systems, and financial reporting , and be comfortable managing daily financial data and operational reporting.\n\nThe role will work closely with the company's leadership team and Director of Finance to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting across multiple locations.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nFinancial Operations & Bookkeeping\n\nManage accounts receivable and accounts payable\n\nProcess invoices and submit invoices to the Director of Finance for approval\n\nPay approved invoices on schedule\n\nPerform cost coding across operating business units\n\nMaintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks\n\nFinancial Reporting\n\nUpdate and maintain daily financial tracking spreadsheets\n\nTrack and report daily cash outflows from main accounts\n\nMaintain and distribute daily financial reports\n\nMaintain daily \"flash reports\" including:\n\nDaily sales across operating units\n\nDaily labor reporting\n\nProjection comparisons\n\nLive Financial Tracking\n\nMaintain live Profit & Loss reports for each operating unit\n\nSupport leadership with financial insights and reporting\n\nEnsure accuracy across financial data and reporting\n\nPayroll Administration\n\nProcess bi-weekly payroll for operating units\n\nProcess overhead payroll\n\nTrack and process employee reimbursements\n\nTrack and process commissions\n\nEnsure payroll accuracy and reporting compliance\n\nMUST-HAVES\n\nStrong experience with QuickBooks\n\nExperience with Paylocity payroll software\n\nStrong accounts receivable and accounts payable experience\n\nExperience managing financial reporting and operational reporting\n\nStrong Excel / spreadsheet management skills\n\nExperience handling multi-entity or multi-unit financial reporting\n\nStrong attention to detail and financial accuracy\n\nExperience working with financial leadership or a finance team\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n\nExperience with Restaurant365\n\nExperience supporting multi-location businesses\n\nExperience in restaurant, hospitality, or franchise operations\n\nExperience integrating payroll, retirement plans, and financial systems\n\nTOOLS / SOFTWARE\n\nQuickBooks – Required\n\nPaylocity – Strongly Preferred\n\nExcel / Google Sheets – Required\n\nRestaurant365 – Nice to Have\n\nWORKING HOURS\n\nPart-Time (approx. 20 hours/week)\n\nPreferred working hours aligned with EST or CST time zones\n\nMay expand as additional business units are added\n\nIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE\n\nStrong financial operations mindset\n\nComfortable working with multiple operating units\n\nHighly detail-oriented and accurate with financial data\n\nAble to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously\n\nProactive and comfortable supporting a growing business\n\nWhy Join Assist World?\n\n100% REMOTE\n\n$50 birthday bonus\n\n$200 testimonial bonus\n\n$500 entry monthly raffle\n\nNO TRACKER.
