Here's what you can look forward to:\n$49,940–$64,500/year (DOE) — your expertise and dedication get rewarded regularly\nFull benefits package — comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\nLife & long-term disability insurance — because we've got your back\n401(k) plan — we help you build a future, not just a paycheck\nGenerous PTO + select paid holidays — real time off to recharge and reset\nOpportunities for community outreach — give back alongside a team that cares\nAnnual company goal trip — when the team wins, everyone celebrates together\nA positive, fulfilling environment — where learning, growing, and supporting one another are part of the culture\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury case management experience (PI adjacent/legal assistant and medical field/behavioral health experience will not be considered)\nStrong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules\nStrong empathy for injured clients\nExceptional communication skills, verbal and written\nConfidence and motivation to exceed expectations\nProfessional attire and demeanor\nDesire to learn, develop, and motivate team members\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work during Mountain Time business hours (Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)\nAbility to pass a background check\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Pre-Litigation Case Manager at Parnall Law, you are a vital connection between our clients and our legal team — ensuring every case receives the attention, organization, and advocacy it deserves from intake through resolution.\nMISSION STATEMENT\nTo work together with attorneys as a team to provide clients with intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy, with the goal of maximizing compensation for the harms caused by the wrongful actions of others.\nTo give clients and files the attention and organization needed to help bring resolution as effectively and quickly as possible.\nTo make sure that, at the end of every case, the client is satisfied and knows Parnall Law has stood up for, fought for, and given voice and value to their harm.\nTo work and motivate team members according to the values of Parnall Law Firm.\nRESULTS / OUTCOMES(What you must get done.)\nAttend firm-wide huddle every Monday at 8:00 AM\nAttend daily team mini huddles Tuesday through Friday at 8:00 AM\nAttend biweekly meetings with Team Lead fully prepared with supporting metrics data\nContact new clients within 24 hours of being retained to complete intake questionnaire\nProvide telephonic client updates every 3 weeks, with no more than 15 outstanding updates at any given time\nEnsure outstanding tasks do not exceed 50 at any given time\nComplete case analysis within 3 weeks of receiving insurance confirmations\nSchedule client evaluation appointments with assigned attorneys within 2 days of drafts being completed by Medical Paralegals\nSubmit demand letters within 2 days of approved client authority\nKeep status comments updated for all weekly OOS meetings per the OOS preparation guideline\nDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain thorough familiarity with each case in your caseload\nPost all case information and dates in SmartAdvocate\nAssist with property damage claims when necessary\nCommunicate with adjusters on case matters\nEnsure health insurance subrogation claims are opened timely (or obtain authority not to open them)\nEnsure Medicare subrogation claims are opened timely on the portal\nReview and update evaluation forms and demand packages before attorney meetings with clients\nDraft correspondence for attorneys and save/name all documents in SmartAdvocate per Naming Protocol\nCalendar all case information pursuant to the calendaring protocol\nAnswer incoming calls via the Final Call Group and perform backup intake calls per intake protocol\nMeet with clients during intakes, transition to litigation meetings, and settlement disbursement meetings\nCollaborate with all staff assigned to your cases to move each case toward a desired conclusion\nKeep clients updated with copies of file documents\nPost all costs, including expected costs not yet invoiced (investigators, consultants, etc.)\nMonitor dashboard metrics/KPIs and actively work to keep those metrics in top shape\nFollow and maintain all firm policies and procedures\n\nLocation\nThis position is available remotely for candidates living outside the following metro areas: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Los Lunas, Belen, Bosque Farms, Edgewood, Moriarty, Santa Fe, and Roswell.
