As a Stock Coordinator at Buck Mason, you’ll manage our inventory to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.\n\nResponsibilities:\nInventory Master: Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.\n\nReplenishment Pro: Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.\n\nOperational Support: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.\n\nAssist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances.\n\nMaintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.\n\nEstablish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.\n\nReplenish the sales floor from back stock. Shipment Processing\n\nPrepare all shipment to be steamed/hung/folded (i.e. remove paper and packaging).\n\nPerform all job duties in compliance with company productivity standards and visual standards.\n\nNotify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers sensors, and pins).\n\nWith Manager’s guidance, open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipment.\n\nRequired Skills:\nComfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.\n\nYou're a master multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.\n\nA positive attitude is your secret weapon – your pleasant demeanor is contagious!\n\nWork occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.\n\nFounded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen Ford, Buck Mason makes simplified clothing for the modern man.
