We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our product team.\n\nIn this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing a data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Your main responsibilities include establishing data quality monitoring processes, identifying root causes of inconsistencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data gaps.\n\nTo thrive in this role, you need expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, designing dashboards with actionable recommendations, and applying statistical techniques to assess and enhance data quality.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience in creating documentation (process documentation, data collection guidelines) and in contributing to data governance policies and best practices.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nImplement a data governance framework\n\nEstablish and maintain robust processes for tracking and assessing data quality\n\nDevelop automated checks to proactively detect data inconsistencies\n\nApply statistical techniques to enhance data quality\n\nCreate customized reports and dashboards\n\nExtract data from databases (e.g., Redshift, MongoDB)\n\nIdentify and resolve root causes of quality issues\n\nCollaborate in cross-functional teams of product managers, engineering, and operations\n\nCreate and maintain documentation\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of work experience in data analysis or data quality role\n\nStrong technical skills in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Python\n\nExperience in data storage and processing on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams\n\nExperience writing process documentation and data collection guidelines\n\nNice to Have\nUniversity degree in medicine or life sciences\n\nUnderstanding of healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry data\n\nExperience with data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports\n\nUnderstanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines)\n\nExperience with workflow automation tools such as Apache Airflow\n\nExperience working in an Agile or product-driven environment\n\nFamiliarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)\n\nInterviewing with Veeva\nWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
