Whether facilitating a large warehousing complex, all-star sporting arena, residential development, or planning a mixed-use establishment in a downtown business district, joining Colliers Engineering & Design will accelerate YOUR success!*\n\n  \n**Responsibilities**  \n  \n\n* Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products.\n* Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team.\n* Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team.\n* Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals.\n* Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required.\n* Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects.\n* Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed.\n* Assigns projects to staff and schedules work.\n* Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy.\n* Oversees assigned staff development and advancement.\n\n  \n**Qualifications**  \n  \n\n* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.\n* 12+ years in related field.\n* Professional licensure in area of expertise.\n* Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.\n    \n* Strategic thinking.\n    \n* Effective delegation skills.\n    \n* Collaboration.\n    \n* Ability to hold others accountable.\n    \n* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.\n\n  \n**What We Offer**  \n  \n\nAt Colliers Engineering & Design, our people are our most important resource.
