This role partners closely with project leadership, client owners, and subcontractors to proactively drive quality, reduce risk, and support safe, efficient project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and promote an Incident & Injury Free (IIF) culture across all project activities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans in alignment with contract requirements and company standards\nServe as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with clients, inspectors, and regulatory agencies\nFacilitate quality meetings and maintain accountability for quality performance across the project team\nReview contract documents, drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure alignment with quality requirements\nPerform inspections, audits, and surveillance of work in progress to verify compliance with specifications and standards\nOversee testing, documentation, and material tracking to ensure complete and accurate quality records\nSupervise and implement corrective measures in cases of noncompliance\nPartner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers to integrate quality into planning and execution\nSupport subcontractor and supplier quality management, including onboarding, audits, and monitoring\nDrive continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality processes, efficiency, and project outcomes\nPromote best practices and lessons learned across projects\nMaintain accurate and audit-ready quality documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and testing logs\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of QA/QC experience in heavy civil construction, with demonstrated leadership on complex projects\nExperience with infrastructure projects (e.g., bridges, marine, ports, or similar) strongly preferred\nStrong working knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection/testing processes, and regulatory requirements\nProven ability to influence quality outcomes in the field\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities\nExcellent communication and technical writing skills\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management systems\nTravel
