Inspect incoming products for accuracy, quality, and damage; document discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors, purchasing, or management. Accurately record and process all receiving transactions in the warehouse management or ERP system. Material Handling & Inventory Control Store received materials in designated warehouse locations following established inventory procedures. Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory process for all received materials. Pull, stage, package, and prepare materials for production, customer orders, or internal distribution. Perform inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments, to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure materials are clearly labeled and easily accessible. Assist with periodic physical inventories and cycle count activities. Driving & Delivery Operate company vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and flatbed trucks, to transport materials between facilities, job sites, and customer locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns. Load, secure, and transport cargo safely to prevent damage during transit. Obtain delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and complete all required transportation and delivery documentation. Process customer returns and ensure returned materials are handled according to company procedures. Comply with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company driving policies. Safety & Housekeeping Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and company policies. Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain equipment inspection records as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in safety training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications & Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receiving warehouse operations, material handling, or delivery driving. Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier loads may require team lifting or mechanical assistance. Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor environmental conditions.
