They will be responsible to ensure that appropriate fire/ems support is provided in the controlling and extinguishing of fires; rescuing persons endangered by structural fires; preventing fire by reducing or eliminating potential fire hazards; responding to and providing assistance for medical aid calls, vehicle accidents, and Hazmat incidents.\n\nThis is considered a safety sensitive position and is subject to both, the Company’s and the Client’s Industrial Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy, which includes: pre-employment testing, post-accident testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion testing, return to duty testing and follow-up testing.   \n  \n\n**Examples of What You Will Do:**\n\n* Supervises subordinate personnel in their assigned duties.\n* Provides effective leadership for all personnel necessary to carry out the business and mission of the Department.\n* Maintains discipline and ensures that personnel follow department rules and regulations. Renders corrective action per company policy/procedures.\n* Implements department goals and objectives, establishes work priorities, schedules and coordinates work to be accomplished per shift.
