Team members prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with our Client Service Associates (CSAs), assist tax professionals with challenging returns, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our offices running smoothly throughout tax season.\n\nIf you know Jackson Hewitt, enjoy solving problems, and like being part of a supportive, fast-paced team, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nQualifications\n\n•\n5+ years of Jackson Hewitt experience required\n\n• Friendly, enjoy talking with clients and fellow team mates\n\n• General Manager or Area Manager experience strongly preferred\n\n• Strong knowledge of Jackson Hewitt tax software, systems, and processes\n\n• Experience preparing and troubleshooting complex tax returns\n\n• Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n\n• Ability to work independently while being an active part of a remote team\n\n• Dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n• Prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with CSAs in our offices\n\n• Communicate with CSAs to gather information and ensure accurate, efficient return preparation\n\n• Assist tax professionals with tax questions\n\n• Help resolve holds, rejects, and return-management issues\n\n• Troubleshoot Jackson Hewitt software and process questions\n\n• Support and coach tax professionals with varying levels of experience\n\n• Work closely with our leadership team to support offices throughout tax season\n\nRemote Work Requirements\n\nThis position requires full-time availability during tax season , along with:\n\n• Dependable high-speed internet\n\n• Reliable cell phone service\n\n• A quiet, professional workspace\n\n• Consistent availability and responsiveness during scheduled hours\n\nWhy Join Our Team?\n\nWe work hard, support one another, and believe no one should feel like they're on an island during tax season.\n\nOur Remote Team is a valued part of our operation—not just a help desk.
