Public dataset

Headcount Labs licenses its own contribution to the dataset at huggingface.co/datasets/HeadcountLabs/job-postings under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). That covers the selection and arrangement of the dataset, our job IDs and the links between postings and jobs, and the fields we derive, such as normalised location, pay, work arrangement, employment type and dates.

What the licence does not cover

The text, names and logos in job postings belong to the employers and job boards that published them, and we cannot license them to you. Personal data in postings, such as a recruiter’s name or contact details, is not licensed either. CC BY 4.0 does not license privacy rights (section 2(b)(1) of the licence). If you use those parts, you need your own right to do so.

Removed records

We leave out postings and personal details that were removed on request from later releases. Use the latest release, and delete removed records from your copies. To ask for a removal, see report or remove a job.
