The free plan now includes 500 jobs a month. Paid plans are unchanged, from $10 a month for 5,000 jobs up to $500 a month for 500,000 jobs.

Monthly overage limit
You can now cap overage at a dollar amount a month on the Spending page, with the set_overage MCP tool or with PUT /v1/account/overage (monthlyLimitUsd). Once the limit is reached, searches stop until the next month or until you raise it. See pricing.
Updated terms of service
The terms of service version 2026-10-08 take effect on October 8, 2026.
Every job fetch counts
Each job a response returns now counts as one job from your plan, including a job you fetched before in the same month. This applies to the API and the MCP server alike.
Plans version 2
The free plan is 1,000 jobs a month. Paid plans run from $10 a month for 5,000 jobs up to $500 a month for 500,000 jobs, and you can buy any of them from the pricing page.

The coverage page lists job postings per country and for every job-board platform Headcount Labs reads.
MCP server with OAuth sign-in
Claude, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients connect to https://api.headcountlabs.com/mcp and sign in with OAuth in the browser, with no API key to copy. See the MCP page and the tool list.
Complete static website published
Added developer documentation and MCP guides, a dated catalog-snapshot explorer, the price list, coverage resources, account access, use cases, company information, and trust pages. Sign-up, login and API-key pages are live.
