Use this page to tell us a job is closed, wrong or fake, or to ask us to remove a posting or your details from it. Email support@headcountlabs.com with the job ID or the posting address.

Write from your company’s email address. We correct or remove the posting within 7 days.

People named in a posting

Say what you want removed. If the posting shows your email address, write from it so we know the request is yours. We remove your details from our website and API within 7 days and leave them out of the next release of our public dataset.

If you own text in a posting and want it taken down, tell us which job and what you own.

We answer every request and tell you when it is done.

Where our data comes from

We review the robots.txt rules and terms of use of the job platforms we collect from and of the largest employer career sites, and keep a record of each review. We repeat the review at least every 90 days and when we start collecting from a new job platform. Requests to fix or remove your own account data are covered by section 15 of the privacy policy.
