Unlock the
world's job market
We collect and clean millions of jobs directly from company career pages, making them easy to search, analyze, and reuse. 100,000 records a month, free.
The whole job market in one place
Most job sites resell the same listings, copied from each other and often weeks out of date. We go to the source: the careers page of each employer.
Then we read, merge and check every posting, so one real job appears once, with its pay, place and work arrangement filled in where the employer published them.
The result is one clean catalog that job seekers, researchers and AI agents can all build on.
How we collect the dataPricing
Your first 100,000 records are free, every month.
After that, every 1,000 records cost one cent ($0.01). Light use fits inside the free 100,000, a million records cost $9, and 9 million cost $89.
How the price compares
Jobs free every month, the price per 1,000 jobs, and what 3 million jobs a month cost.
| Provider | Free every month | Per 1,000 jobs | 3 million jobs a month |

Use cases
One catalog of jobs, read from employers' own career pages, serves very different work. A few of the ways people use it.
Research

See sample records →Journalism
Check who is hiring, where, and what they post as pay, and cite the employer's own posting behind every number.
Search jobs →Labor-market analysis
Track hiring and posted pay by company, industry and city to see who is growing, who is slowing down, and how wages move.
Read more →HR and recruiting data
See what competitors pay and which skills they ask for before you post your own role, from employers' own job boards.
Read more →Agents through MCP and the API
Give your AI agent a job search tool through MCP so it can find, track and apply to roles without crawling the web, or call the Jobs API directly.

The job market is hard to navigate. Information is scattered, incomplete, and often out of date, making it difficult for people to find work and for employers to understand the market they’re hiring in.
Headcount Labs brings public job data together in one place, free for everyone. We help applicants find jobs that fit, businesses understand hiring trends, and researchers study how the job market works—and how it could work better.
Universities, newsrooms, public agencies and companies need job data they can cite and build on, with one record per real job, linked to the employer's own posting and re-read every day. We built Headcount Labs to that standard and kept it open, so the same catalog is free to search for anyone.
We believe access to this information should be a public good.
