Record dates while observing a sample. Ask how changes, removed pages, duplicates, and uncertain disappearance should be handled in your own data workflow.
Check attribution and permissions
Confirm public-source access terms, copyright and reuse constraints, attribution, and any restrictions relevant to redistribution or commercial use.
