Choose one user task
Start with a narrow workflow, such as searching for remote design roles or reviewing hiring at a set of companies. List the locations, role terms, and required fields that make the task succeed.
Look at sample records
Use the dated catalog snapshots on the sample page to plan field handling. The API reference lists the fields an API response returns.
Read the route reference
Jobs and company routes need an API key. Read the route reference for supported operations, known limits, and endpoints that do not currently return records.
Make ingestion safe to resume
Plan idempotent writes and bounded batches. Use continuation values only when the actual response contract documents them, and store each completed page before processing the next.
Test a user’s full journey
Check a source link, a long job description, a null field, a changed posting, and a posting that is no longer available. Confirm permitted use and operating expectations before production.
